I am a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Colorado.

I am a heart-centered human that believes healing is a part of our journey that creates opportunities for us to feel more alive.

My approach in working with clients includes curiosity, the nervous system, expressive arts, and slowness. I identify as neurodivergent and queer and enjoy working with clients who identify as LGBTQQIP2SA, neurodivergent, ADHD, Autistic, a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) – the folks i work with typically have extensive trauma histories and have experiences for as long as they can remember of feeling alone, confused, and misunderstood by others.

Outside of the therapy room you will find me at the library, a coffee shop, or working on a new painting.
