I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My approach is client-led and collaborative, honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and heart. My goal is to create a compassionate, truthful space where you feel seen, heard and empowered to explore what matters most to you.
Grounded in a holistic and relational framework, I view healing as helping clients access their innate capacity for growth and change. I recognize that emotional well-being is deeply connected to our relationships, communities, and the systems we live within. I believe in meeting each person with authenticity, curiosity and respect. I have a particular interest in supporting people through relationships, attachment wounds and transitions. I love getting to know the complex you!
What I find most fulfilling is connecting with people and supporting their growth and well-being. This insight inspired me to pursue a second career in mental health, where I could combine my life experience, empathy, and professional skills to make a meaningful difference in others’ lives. Returning to school for a mental health degree has been both a challenge and a calling- one that feels deeply aligned with my values and purpose.
In my life, I enjoy reading, laughing, cooking and creating. I am passionate about personal growth, yoga and health and you can find me with my family or friends, ideally outside. I find nature to be a restorative and very connective place. The mountains are always calling and we are ever evolving.
