I believe you are the expert in your own life. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and inner wisdom. My goal is to create a compassionate, authentic space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore what matters most to you.

Grounded in a holistic and relational framework, I see healing as the process of reconnecting with your innate capacity for growth, resilience, and change. I recognize that emotional well-being is deeply shaped by our relationships, communities, and the systems we live within. I strive to meet each person with authenticity, curiosity, and respect.

I enjoy working with both individuals and couples and have a particular passion for supporting people as they navigate relationships, attachment wounds, communication challenges, and life transitions. I am currently pursuing Gottman Method training and certification, integrating evidence-based relationship interventions with a warm, collaborative approach that helps couples strengthen connection, deepen understanding, and navigate conflict with greater awareness. Whether you seek therapy individually or as a couple, I enjoy getting to know the person behind the struggles, recognizing that each of us is more than the challenges we carry.

Supporting people in their growth and well-being is what I find most meaningful. This passion inspired me to pursue a second career in mental health, where I could bring together my life experience, empathy, and professional training in service of others. Returning to school to earn my mental health degree has been both challenging and deeply rewarding—a path that feels profoundly aligned with my values, purpose, and commitment to helping others heal.

Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, laughing, cooking, and creating. I value personal growth and find renewal through yoga, movement, and time in nature. You’ll often find me with family or friends, ideally outdoors. The mountains have always been a place of restoration and connection for me, reminding me that growth is not a destination but an ongoing journey of becoming.
