I’m passionate about creating a warm, safe, and supportive space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and empowered in their growth.
My clinical approach is grounded in being trauma-informed and person-centered, and I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to support clients in processing and healing from past experiences. Much of my training and experience so far has focused on trauma work, and I feel deeply honored to be part of each client’s journey as they make sense of their past, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and whole.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families across a range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and human—guided by empathy, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique story. As a triplet, I’ve spent my life in the context of close, complex relationships, which has helped shape my passion for relational work. Whether it’s communication issues, attachment wounds, or navigating boundaries, I love supporting people in finding more connection and clarity in their relationships.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me outside! I love camping, fly fishing, and spending time with my dogs. When the weather doesn’t cooperate, I’m equally happy curled up with a good book and a cozy blanket.
I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they grow, heal, and discover what’s possible for themselves.
